Help fix the Bs

I just finished reading the In The Slot piece from Ken Campbell suggesting that the NHL get involved in distributing the top GM minds around the league.

Suggesting top GM talent is fine, but the problem specifically in Boston is not the fault of the GM, rather the ownership.

I am not talking about the perceived lack of spending. I am referring to the fact that the pre-lockout strategy of not re-signing most of the 2003-04 team was a failed business plan.

The ownership took a revered and proud franchise and has rendered it an expansion franchise.

The trade of Joe Thornton was one of the worst in NHL history and the ownership allowed that trade to take place.

Can we suggest the NHL get involved and suggest top ownership minds?
