Highlight of the Night: Without Ryan Miller, Jonas Enroth robs Sharks
Last night's Ryan Miller trade came on a night both tams involved in the move - St. Louis and Buffalo - played a game. And with the announcement of Miller's departure coming so close to game time, both teams (Buffalo against San Jose, St. Louis against Anaheim) were short a goalie.
St. Louis called on an equipment guy from Anaheim to sit on their bench as a backup, while the Sabres used a member of their video department.
Thankfully for the Sabres, Jonas Enroth was more than up to the task. He turned aside 36 of 38 Sharks shots to lead the Sabres to a 4-2 win. This was the best of them.
Your move, Jaroslav Halak. Welcome to Buffalo.
