Hockey Game Postponed Due to Suspected Bomb Threat

A USHL game between the U-18 United States National Team Development Program and Cedar Rapids Roughriders on Saturday was postponed due to an apparent bomb threat.

A USHL game between the U-18 United States National Team Development Program and Cedar Rapids Roughriders on Saturday was postponed due to an apparent bomb threat.

Following the second period between the United States National Development Team and the USHL's Cedar Rapids Roughriders, the game was immediately suspended due to an apparent bomb threat. Players and fans were evacuated from the building. 

Thankfully, local authorities cleared the area and it was determined the building was safe. The final period of the game will be played on Sunday before finishing off a second game between the two teams later in the day.

A crazy situation indeed.
