Age Is Just A Number For Sidney Crosby
Sid the Kid is no longer a kid, everyone.
After turning 35 years old last week, fans looked back at just how dominant of a player he has been throughout his career despite playing against other superstars like Alex Ovechkin and Connor McDavid.
Crosby's playmaking ability has been one of the most consistent elements for the Penguins 17 seasons in and there are no signs of slowing down yet.
Cale Makar Tees It Up With The Pros
Safe to say, Cale Makar has had a busy summer. From having one of the best posts-easons by a defenseman in recent history, to the Stanley Cup celebrations, he found some time to tee it up with a few of golf's legends in Calgary in the Shaw Charity Classic PGA Tour Champions Pro-Am event.
Golf might not be his primary sport, but his swing isn't bad. Various pro athletes, including NBA superstar Steph Curry and retired NFL Quarterback Tony Romo, have made serious attempts at playing at professional events, but don't expect him to be among their ranks as he shot the idea down of a pro career mid-event with a smile on his face.
Maggie The Goalie: The Next Big Thing?
An elite goaltender is vital for any team to succeed in the NHL, and as Maggie The Goalie, a two-year-old German Sheppard with great positioning shows, she might be on a team's radar very soon.
She has an old-school stand-up style, but how can you deny the results from this video? Not a single shot got past her, and she allowed zero rebound chances. Maggie deserves at least a professional tryout deal to attend someone's training camp this fall... because we know more than a few teams can use the help.
