MANITOBA MOOSE-Returned RW Chad Painchaud to Victoria (ECHL).


ECHL-Suspended Trenton D Justin Pender one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in a Jan. 30 game at Florida.


INDY RACING LEAGUE-Named Randy Bernard chief executive officer.
