NEW YORK RANGERS-Agreed to terms with G Matt Zaba.

ST. LOUIS BLUES-Extended the contracts of trainer Ray Barile, equipment manager Bert Godin, equipment assistant Ray Halle and massage therapist Jeff Wright. Promoted trainer Mike Hannegan from Peoria (AHL) to assistant athletic trainer. Named Joel Farnsworth assistant equipment manager.
