TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING-Reassigned D Mike Lundin to Norfolk (AHL). Recalled D Matt Smaby from a conditioning assignment at Norfolk.

VANCOUVER CANUCKS-Assigned D Aaron Rome to Manitoba (AHL) for a conditioning assignment. Reassigned C Alexandre Bolduc to Manitoba.
