ECHL-Suspended Stockton D Cleve Kinley for five games and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in a Feb. 21 game at Utah. Suspended Las Vegas LW Tim Spencer for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in a Feb. 21 game at Idaho.
