COLORADO AVALANCHE-Signed F Cody McLeod to a one-year contract. Agreed to terms with F Philippe Dupuis, F Nathan Smith, D Darcy Campbell, D Aaron MacKenzie, G Jason Bacashihua and G Tyler Weiman.

COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS-Signed LW Craig MacDonald. Re-signed C Derek MacKenzie.

DALLAS STARS-Signed Dave Tippett, coach, to a two-year contract extension, through the 2010-11 season.

NASHVILLE PREDATORS-Agreed to terms with F Joel Ward on a one-year, two-way contract.
