DALLAS STARS-Signed RW Mark Parrish.

MONTREAL CANADIENS-Signed F David Desharnais to a two-year contract.

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING-Announced the resignation of executive vice-president and chief operating officer Sean Henry.


ECHL-Suspended Utah LW Evan Kotsopoulos for nine games and fined him for his actions in a game on Nov. 1.

PHOENIX ROADRUNNERS-Announced Houston (AHL) assigned D Dane Crowley to the team. Waived D Andrew Andricopoulos.

Eastern Professional Hockey League

BROOKLYN ACES-Signed D Mark Lebenns and F Mike Tomson. Released G Mike Stone.


PANTHER RACING-Named Chris Mower team manager.
