WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON PENGUINS-Signed D Deryk Engelland to a two-year contract extension.


ECHL-Suspended Texas F Riley Emmerson for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for his actions in a Feb. 9 game at South Carolina.

YOUNGSTOWN STEELHOUNDS-Acquired D David Simoes from New Mexico to complete an earlier trade.
