Hoping for a life like Sather's

Tom Chlebek, New York City

With the economy as bad as it is nowadays, lets all hope we can have the job security of Glen Sather.

The Rangers haven't done anything under his 10-year tenure a president/GM for but lose.

If it weren’t for Henrik Lundqvist, the Rangers would be in a fight for the first overall pick draft after draft.

In today’s NHL, it's very hard to be under .500, especially with a goaltender of Lundqvist’s caliber, yet the Rangers are somehow managing to do that.

It's becoming impossible to watch on TV and I'm starting to think that $1,200 for a seat along the glass at MSG isn't worth the price, either.
