    HAMILTON, Ont. - J.T. Wyman scored three times for Hamilton on Wednesday night as the Bulldogs topped the Adirondack Phantoms 4-1 in American Hockey League play.

    Ryan Russell added a goal and an assist for Hamilton (40-14-8). Mika Pyorala had the only goal for Adirondack (28-29-4). Cedrick Desjardins made 25 saves to pick up the win for the Bulldogs, while Johan Backlund made 33 stops for the Phantoms.

    Tied 1-1 heading to the third, Wyman scored on the power play at 5:30.

    Russell stretched the Hamilton lead to 3-1 at 14:41 before Wyman completed his hat trick into an empty net at 18:31.
