Jaroslav Halak stops 32 shots to lead Bulldogs to 3-0 win over Admirals

Andrei Kostitsyn scored twice and Mathieu Roy added a goal for the Bulldogs (11-8-0-1). Kostitsyn fired a shot past Admirals netminder Karl Goehring from the side of the net at the 3:44 mark of the first period. After a scoreless second period, Kostitsyn scored from the top of the face-off circle at 13:08 of the third.

Mathieu Roy rounded out the scoring with a shorthanded goal that travelled almost the complete length of the ice into an empty net with just 1:26 left in the third period.

Halak's league-leading fourth shutout of the season is also his second in his last three starts. He tied former Bulldogs netminder Steve Passmore with seven career all-time shutouts in only 23 career games.

Goehring made 21 saves for the Admirals.
