Juno Cup draws ex-NHLer Paul Coffey, musicians Jim Cuddy, Classified

TORONTO - It'll be Coffey vs. Cuddy at this year's Juno Cup.

Paul Coffey and Jim Cuddy will take the ice on April 16 at the annual Juno week charity hockey game, which pits musicians against retired NHL players. East Coast music mainstays George Canyon, Classified and Sean McCann of Great Big Sea will also take the ice for the musicians, who won the light-hearted game last year.

Brad Dalgarno, Mark Napier, Mike Pelyk, Troy Crowder, Andrew McKim and Greg Smyth have been announced for the other side, with more players still to be announced.

Tickets cost $25 for the game, which will be held at Jack Byrne Arena in Torbay, N.L.

Michael Buble has a leading six nominations going into this year's Junos, which will be broadcast Sunday, April 18 from St. John's, N.L.
