    Dallas (5-7-2) at Los Angeles (5-6-2), 10:30 p.m. EST

LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- The Los Angeles Kings hope to continue

their momentum when they end a season-long seven-game homestand

on Tuesday against the Dallas Stars.

Los Angeles opened the homestand with four losses - two coming

beyond regulation - but have won the last two contests. The

team has yet to win three straight games this season.

Anze Kopitar had a goal and two assists and Alexander Frolov,

Tom Preissing and rookie defenseman Drew Doughty scored

power-play goals as the Kings posted a 5-3 victory over the St.

    Louis Blues on Saturday.

The Stars are finishing a season-high five-game road trip,

losing three of the first four contests.

Goaltender Marty Turco's tough season continued in Dallas' 2-1

setback at San Jose on Saturday as he mishandled the puck in

front of the net, leading to Patrick Marleau's game-winning goal

    with 29 seconds remaining.

Turco is just 4-6-2 this season with a 3.93 goals-against

average. The mark is well above his career high GAA of 2.55,

which he set during the 2005-06 season.

The teams, who split the eight meetings last season, will play

    in Dallas on Thursday.
