Lake Erie goalie John Grahame stops 30 shots as Monsters shut out Bulldogs 3-0

CLEVELAND - John Grahame made 30 saves for the shutout as the Lake Erie Monsters beat the Hamilton Bulldogs 3-0 in American Hockey League play Saturday.

With the Monsters leading 3-0 through two periods, Grahame held off the Bulldogs (20-11-5) who fired 13 shots in the third.

Ryan Stoa, Mike Carman with a short-handed goal and Matthew Ford each scored for Lake Erie (15-15-7).

Hamilton goaltender Robert Mayer turned aside 24 shots in the loss.
