Lampman scores twice, including winner, as Rivermen beat Heat 4-3

ABBOTSFORD, B.C. - Bryce Lampman scored two goals, including the game-winner with just over a minute left, as the Peoria Rivermen beat the Abbotsford Heat 4-3 in American Hockey League action Saturday.

Julian Talbot and Aaron Palushaj also scored for Peoria (17-10-3).

Mikael Backlund and Jason Jaffray each had a goal and an assist for Abbotsford (15-14-4), while Cam Cunning also scored.

Hannu Toivonen made 25 saves for Peoria. Leland Irving stopped 26 shots for Abbotsford.
