A report by Icethetics about the Wild rebranding the team back to North Stars colors in 2025-26 has no truth to it.
Earlier a report by Icethetics stated that the Wild were considering a possible rebrand of the team back to North Stars colors at the start of the 2025-26 and forever.
But it was now reported by Michael Russo of the Athletic, that there is zero truth to this rumor.
Fanatics is set to take over the NHL jerseys for the next season and so on. The Wild will not have any design changes to their current jerseys and are expected to bring back their third jerseys, the 78's like they showcased last year. They will keep the home green jerseys and the away whites and will not rebrand despite what Icethetics stated.

Turns out the original report has no truth to it as it has now been reported by a go-to Wild news source. However the report by Icethetics does state that the Wild will honor its 25 year anniversary during the 2025-26 season and that is true.
