Leafs acquire goalie Toskala, forward Bell for three draft picks
One year after trading for Andrew Raycroft, the Toronto Maple Leafs GM has made another splash, reeling in Vesa Toskala from the San Jose Sharks for a package including Toronto's first-round pick this year.
Toskala was the most attractive goalie available on the trade market this off-season.
Forward Mark Bell also comes to Toronto in the deal.
The Sharks also receive a second-round pick in this year's draft and a 2009 fourth-round pick.
Toronto's pick was 13th overall.
