Leafs send Kadri to junior, assign Hanson and Frogren to AHL Marlies

TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs returned forward Nazem Kadri to the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League on Sunday.

The Leafs also assigned forward Christian Hanson and defenceman Jonas Frogren to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, and released defenceman Andy Rogers.

Kadri, the No. 7 overall pick in this year's NHL entry draft, had three goals and two assists in six pre-season games for the Leafs.

Hanson had three points (1-2) in six games, Frogren recorded six penalty minutes in three games, and Rogers had 25 penalty minutes in four games.
