Leipold doesn't deserve second chance

I was somewhat disturbed to learn the Minnesota Wild had been sold to previous Nashville Predators owner, Craig Leipold. In many ways I feel this business transaction makes no sense and discredits Gary Bettman and the board of NHL governors greatly.

How is it that a man who gives up on one franchise is suddenly granted another?

Why is it that quitters like Leipold get two shots at the big leagues, but people like Canadian billionaire Jim Balsillie have two shots turned down before he gets one chance to set up shop?
