Threepeat? Maybe.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have advanced to the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs after beating the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7 on Saturday evening.

Tampa will now meet up with the Florida Panthers in a rematch of the exciting first-round series from 2021.

Toronto, meanwhile, has yet to advance to the second round of the playoffs since 2004, before the salary cap era. The Leafs are 0-9 in series-clinching games since 2013, including a handful of Game 7s.

Nick Paul led the way for Tampa Bay with two goals, split by a Morgan Rielly marker for the Leafs.

Can the Rangers Weather the Hurricanes?

The star-caliber players at the top of the Rangers lineup will need to be firing on all cylinders in this series in order to compensate for some lackluster depth in areas. And Igor Shesterkin needs to be the King he was in the regular season, too, to beat Carolina.
