Loser gets nothing

It's time for the NHL to revisit the point system.

I hear people on different shows talking about awarding more points for overtime wins or for even getting into overtime.

I say keep just award points for the win.

Keep the format the way it is, but no point to the losing team.

Go look at the standings. Boston would not have made the playoffs this year if it weren't for the point-for-losing system.

If you lose, you should get nothing.
