Manitoba Moose forward Aaron Volpatti suspended one game by AHL

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Manitoba Moose forward Aaron Volpatti will have to sit out his team's next playoff game.

Volpatti received an automatic one-game suspension from the American Hockey League after taking an instigator penalty in the final five minutes of Monday's 7-2 victory over Hamilton.

He fought Ryan White at 16:58 of the third period.

The Bulldogs lead the series 2-1 heading into Game 4 on Wednesday.
