Mark Dekanich makes 30 saves as Milwaukee Admirals cruise by Manitoba Moose 7-2

WINNIPEG - Mark Dekanich made 30 saves as the Milwaukee Admirals cruised past the Manitoba Moose 7-2 in American Hockey League action Friday.

Milwaukee got goals from seven different players. Jonathan Blum, Hugh Jessiman, Chris Mueller, Mark Matheson, Triston Grant, Colin Wilson and Wacey Rabbit each scored, while Peter Olvecky added three assists.

Down 5-0 in the second, Manitoba had a short-lived rally when Mathieu Schneider and Matt Pettinger scored to cut the Admirals' lead to three.

But Milwaukee pulled away for good in the third with goals from Wilson and Jessiman.

Moose goaltenders Cory Schneider and Rejean Beauchemin combined for 21 saves.
