How is Martin Brodeur not getting Hart Trophy consideration when Ryan Miller and Ilya Bryzgalov are?
Both have had great seasons and led their teams, but so has Brodeur.
Brodeur was first in wins and shutouts, third in GAA and while his save percentage did not top the list, he played almost twice as many games as some of the goalies ahead of him.
Not only that, but he had a suspect defense in front of him (I do not know how Colin White is still on the team) and lost Paul Martin until after the Olympic break.
Just because the man is stellar every year, does not mean his efforts should be expected and then overlooked.
