Mathieu Darche leads Hamilton Bulldogs past Texas Stars in 2-1 shootout

CEDAR PARK, Texas - Mathieu Darche and Tom Pyatt scored in the shootout for Hamilton as the Bulldogs beat the Texas Stars 2-1 in American Hockey League action Saturday.

Ivan Vishnevskiy had the only goal of the shootout for the Stars. Darche also scored for Hamilton (6-0-2) in regulation, while Garrett Stafford replied for Texas (5-2-2).

Curtis Sanford made 24 saves to pick up the win, while Stars netminder Matt Climie played well in defeat, making 37 stops.
