McElhinney turns aside 26 shots as Quad City blanks Hamilton 4-0

HAMILTON - Curtis McElhinney made 26 saves for his second shutout of the season as the Quad City Flames blanked the Hamilton Bulldogs 4-0 Friday night in the American Hockey League.

Krys Kolanos scored a pair of goals to pace the Flames (21-18-2-5), who have won three straight games. Carsen Germyn had a goal and an assist, while Derek Couture added a single in the victory.

Carey Price stopped 29 shots in defeat for the Bulldogs (19-18-1-5).
