Miettinen scores in shootout to give Wild 5-4 win over Flyers

PHILADELPHIA - Antti Miettinen scored the deciding goal in a shootout to give the Minnesota Wild a 5-4 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers in the final pre-season game for both teams on Tuesday.

Mikko Koivu and Martin Havlat also scored shootout goals for the Wild, which snapped a three game losing streak. Danny Briere and Mike Richards had the shootout goals for the Flyers.

Havlat, Brent Burns, Cal Clutterbuck, and James Sheppard had regulation goals for the Wild.

Richards, Briere, Claude Giroux, and Mika Pyorala scored for the Flyers.
