Minnesota Wild extend contracts for defencemen Zidlicky, Stoner
ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Minnesota Wild have signed defencemen Marek Zidlicky and Clayton Stoner to contract extensions.
Both Zidlicky and Stoner were to be restricted free agents this summer. Zidlicky signed a three-year extension and Stoner two. Financial terms were not disclosed Tuesday.
The 33-year-old Zidlicky has 36 points in 60 games. The 25-year-old Stoner has two assists in eight games. He is on injured reserve after hernia surgery.
