Nedved, Dimitrakos clear waivers and head to AHL Phantoms

Defenceman Nolan Baumgartner also cleared waivers but stayed on with the Flyers.

The Flyers called up winger Stefan Ruzicka, defenceman Alexandre Picard and winger Ben Eager from the Phantoms and were expected to dress for Thursday's game against the Lightning.

Nedved, 34, had zero points and a minus-7 rating in six games. He's earning US$2.35 million this season and will be an unrestricted free agent July 1.

Dimitrakos, 27, had zero points and a minus-2 rating in only two games. He's earning $675,000 this season, the last year on his deal.

Baumgartner, 30, had one assist, 21 penalty minutes and an even-rating in six games. He signed a $2.4-million, two-year deal with the Flyers as a free agent this past summer after registering a career-high 34 points (5-29) in 70 games with Vancouver last year.
