New Jersey Devils sign defenceman Andy Greene to extension

NEWARK, N.J. - The New Jersey Devils are holding on to defenceman Andy Greene.

He signed a multi-year contract on Wednesday with the only NHL team he's ever played for.

He was signed by New Jersey as a free agent in 2006 following four seasons at Miami University of Ohio.
