As hockey grapples with its culture issues, Davis’ role on the executive inclusion council is increasingly important. She works closely with the NHL player inclusion coalition.

As the bloom was beginning to wear off the rose, Mayer and Co. found new ways to build excitement around outdoor games with unique locales. Fixing All-Star Weekend is next.

McArdle was central to launching NHL Edge, which brought more advanced data to fans than ever. Future developments will only increase the way we watch and talk about the league.
John Gerba76. John Gerba, NHLPA deputy general counsel
Like Zavelo, Gerba gives Walsh another bat in the lineup. Starting off as an attorney with the union, Gerba has worked his way up as a versatile legal mind during his seven years.
Luc Robitaille75. Luc Robitaille, Los Angeles Kings, president, alternate governor
Robitaille’s faith in the project hasn’t wavered and the hiring of GM Rob Blake was especially savvy. The Kings’ retooling has been impressive and produced a serious challenger.

Morris doesn’t rest on accomplishments and keeps the Newport machine running with fellow top agents such as Wade Arnott and Craig Oster. Encyclopedic knowledge of the game.

Steve Griggs71. Steve Griggs, Tampa Bay Lightning CEO and alternate governor
Success in the Sunbelt is one of the toughest tasks in the hockey business. Griggs’ vision and team have created a special environment in Tampa Bay. Two Cup parades helped, too.

Henderson faces a monumental challenge: restoring the reputation and sponsorship pipeline of beleaguered Hockey Canada while redefining the game’s culture at a foundational level.
Allan Walsh65. Allan Walsh, Octagon Hockey player agent

When Jeff Jackson left the firm to head up the Edmonton Oilers, Moldaver found himself in a unique position, repping two of the game’s best in Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews.
