You can take Mike Comrie off the trade market.

The Islanders have agreed to a one-year extension with the 27-year-old center, worth a reported $4 million.

Comrie has 18 goals and 45 points in 63 games this season, after signing a one-year deal with the Islanders last off-season.

Originally a third round pick by the Edmonton Oilers, Comrie is in his seventh NHL season.
