Phoenix (19-15-5) at Anaheim (19-15-5), 8:00 pm EST

ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- The Phoenix Coyotes will seek

their third consecutive victory Sunday when they visit the

struggling Anaheim Ducks.

Zbynek Michalek scored a goal and setup another as the Coyotes

edged the New York Islanders, 5-4, on Friday. Viktor Tikhonov,

captain Shane Doan, Olli Jokinen and Joakim Lindstrom also

tallied Friday for Phoenix, which is 7-2-3 over its last 12

games.

The Coyotes, however, have not scored a power-play goal in their

previous three contests, going 0-for-14 with the man advantage

over that stretch.

The Ducks have lost five of their last six games. Corey Perry

had a goal and an assist Friday, but Anaheim fell to the

Philadelphia Flyers, 5-4, in a shootout.

Perry, Bobby Ryan and Ryan Getzlaf were all denied in the bonus

format for the Ducks, who are not enjoying their eight-game

stretch in Southern California. Anaheim was also blanked by

Columbus, 2-0, at home Wednesday.

The Ducks will still play five of their next six games at "The

Pond" and the lone road contest will be against the Los Angeles

Kings.
