Dany Sabourin stops 27 shots to help Manitoba edge Syracuse 1-0

Ty Conklin was in the net for Syracuse (4-11-0-1) and stopped 34 of 35 shots. The one he missed came with five seconds left in the game.

Jason Jaffray wrestled the puck away from the Syracuse defence at the Crunch blue-line and skated in alone on Conklin and fired a shot from the left faceoff circle that gave Manitoba (6-8-2-2) the win.
