EDMONTON OILERS-Signed D Yosef Hrabal.
NEW JERSEY DEVILS-Signed D Anssi Salmela.
ST. LOUIS BLUES-Extended the contract of Larry Pleau, vice-president and general manager, through the 2009-10 season. Named Doug Armstrong vice-president of player personnel and announced he will assume the general manager duties in 2010.
