PHILADELPHIA - A muscle strain knocked Mats Sundin out of Toronto's win over Philadelphia on Wednesday but the captain's injury isn't too serious.

The 37-year-old is day to day and should be able to play Saturday against Buffalo.

Sundin had eight shifts in the first period on Wednesday for a total of four minutes 58 seconds of ice time. He didn't return after the first intermission.

Sundin is the Maple Leafs leading scorer with 77 points (32-45) in 72 games.
