
Worsley played 21 years in the NHL with New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens and Minnesota North Stars.
He won the Calder Trophy in 1952-53 and led the Rangers to the post-season in four of the ten seasons he played there.
In his hometown of Montreal, he led the Canadiens to four Stanley Cups in seven seasons.
After a brief retirement in 1969, Worsley came back and played four seasons with the expansion Minnesota North Stars.
He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1980.
