Los Angeles (24-22-9) at Anaheim (28-5-5), 10:00 p.m. EST

ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- When rookie goaltender Jonathan

Quick shines, so do the Los Angeles Kings. In their last game,

that simply was not the case.

Quick and the Kings look to shrug off their struggles and snap a

three-game losing streak when they visit the Anaheim Ducks on

Wednesday.

The 23-year-old Quick surrendered three total goals in Los

Angeles' first two setbacks and then endured the worst

appearance of his career in a 7-6 shootout loss to the Atlanta

Thrashers on Monday.

After surrendering three goals on seven shots in just seven

minutes of action, Quick was lifted for Erik Ersberg in the

Kings' fourth loss in 12 games.

Despite his struggles, Quick has been brilliant lately,

surrendering three or fewer goals in seven of his last 10

contests.

Anaheim also fell victim to the suddenly offensive-minded

Thrashers on Sunday in a 8-4 loss, which snapped a two-game

winning run.

After this game, the Ducks embark on a season-high six-game road

trip.
