St. Louis (22-25-6) at Nashville (25-26-3), 8:00 p.m. EST

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Rookie goaltender Pekka Rinne

and the Nashville Predators look to snap a two-game losing

streak when they host the St. Louis Blues on Thursday.

Joel Ward netted a pair of goals and Radek Bonk registered a

tally and an assist in support of Rinne's 46-save performance

for the Predators in their 5-2 setback to the Detroit Red Wings

on Tuesday.

Nashville, which has been outscored, 9-4, in the last two

contests, has fallen into its current swoon after winning five

of six.

St. Louis is coming off a dismal defensive effort as well,

fizzling in a 6-4 loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday.

Andy McDonald registered a goal and an assist in his return from

a fractured leg, defenseman Steve Wagner, Brad Boyes and

All-Star Keith Tkachuk also scored and rookie Patrik Berglund

collected three assists for the Blues.

However, St. Louis fell to 6-2-3 in its last 11 games and 16-2-1

this season when leading after two periods.
