ST. PAUL, Minnesota (Ticker) -- The Minnesota Wild look to win

their third straight came when they host the Colorado Avalanche

on Monday.

Minnesota scored five power-play goals in its last contest, a

6-2 triumph at Nashville on Saturday.

Mikko Koivu had two tallies and an assist in the win and the

25-year-old center leads the Wild with 16 assists and 24 points.

He has recorded a point in four straight games.

Colorado has alternated wins and losses in its last five games

and is coming off a 4-3 victory against Tampa Bay on Satuday.

Wojtek Wolski scored twice in the win for the Avalanche, who

will be without captain Joe Sakic and defenseman Adam Foote due

to injuries.

Minnesota has won the last five home meetings with Colorado.
