Colorado (15-15-1) at Tampa Bay (7-15-8), 7:30 pm EST

TAMPA, Florida (Ticker) -- Unlike the Colorado Avalanche, the

Tampa Bay Lightning have been one of the most consistent teams

    in the NHL.

Unfortunately for the Lightning - who host the up-and-down

Avalanche on Thursday, they have been consistently bad.

Tampa Bay had yet another poor performance Saturday, getting

blanked for the fourth time in a 2-0 loss to the Ottawa

    Senators.

The Lightning, who have scored three goals or less in all but

two of club's games this season, have lost 10 of their last 11

    contests (1-8-2).

The Avalanche went from being a streaky team at the beginning of

the season to virtually alternating wins and losses for the last

    month.

Paul Stastny and David Jones both had a goal Tuesday for

Colorado, which suffered a 5-2 setback to the Philadelphia

    Flyers.

Stastny leads the team with 19 assists and 27 points this

season, while Milan Hejduk has a team-high 12 goals.
