NHL Network in the U.S. finally

Kudos to the NHL for finally bringing the NHL Network to the U.S.

Hearing rumors that the network was coming to DirecTV made me wonder how the league would drop the ball. Imagine my surprise when the channel was not turned into a pay channel, blacked out, or some other calamity.

The NHL Network is fantastic! Finally, an avenue to see hockey game highlights from the previous night without having to endure 59 minutes of other sports ranging from football to spelling championships. Good work!

Now if the league could just work on lifting those ridiculous rules that black out games on channels I already pay for.
