NHL snubs paying fans

As a Pittsburgh Penguins fan living in Minnesota, my only chance to see the team is by subscribing to the NHL Center Ice package, something I've done for the last five years.

This year, however, I noticed some of the Pens games being shown not on the US$140 Center Ice, but on the NHL Channel, something I do not have as part of my cable subscription and something that would cost additional dollars.

I've missed a few games now and am far from pleased that I'm being milked for all I'm worth through these mechanisms if I want to see the Pens every time they play.

Thanks NHL, for always thinking of the fans first.
