    Judge Michael Allen fined the Florida Panthers defenceman $1,000 and banned him from driving for a year. Twenty-three-year-old Bouwmeester, who makes US$2.25 million this year, was arrested last summer near Whyte Ave., a popular nightclub area in Edmonton.
