NHL the cleanest league around

As I continue to hear about steroids and the US Congress in Major League Baseball, teams cheating in the National Football League, and former referees claiming they fixed playoff games in the National Basketball Association, I'm pleased that my favorite league, the National Hockey League, is clean as a whistle.

No steroids, no disgraced officials saying they forced a Game 7 in the playoffs, no teams deliberately cheating, and Congress is nowhere near the NHL.

I think the NHL could possibly win some North American fans back by marketing themselves as "the only pro sports league in America that's clean."
