No room for Hollweg

Why would an NHL team continue to dress Ryan Hollweg? A good skater with no hands whatsoever and no size; it doesn't make sense to me.

Furthermore, he has become a huge liability for the NHL. If he breaks someone's neck, I believe the NHL and the team Hollweg is employed by will be found to be extremely negligent for tolerating his hits from behind by handing out only small suspensions.

Repeat offences of hitting from behind should have much greater consequences.
