Phoenix Coyotes send Kyle Turris to the AHL's San Antonio

GLENDALE, Ariz. - The Phoenix Coyotes assigned 19-year-old center Kyle Turris to the San Antonio Rampage on Thursday, and recalled defenceman David Schlemko from the American Hockey League affiliate.

Turris, the former University of Wisconsin star selected third overall in 2007, has six goals and 10 assists in 50 games this season.

The 21-year-old Schlemko has one assist in three games for the Coyotes this season. He has five goals and 17 assists in 48 games for San Antonio.
